Position Overview & Core Mission
The Software Sales Representative (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for enterprise software and hardware commercial client management, B2B technology solutions sales, and Chinese client relationship expansion based in Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.
Salary Package & Financial Incentives
- Base Salary: $400 – $600 USD per month (Negotiable based on experience).
- Sales Incentives: Performance commissions and sales bonuses based on quota achievement.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Nationality & Languages: Cambodian citizen, fluent in both Khmer and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Experience: 1+ year of prior sales, client development, or account management experience preferred.
- Technical Competency: Foundational software/hardware knowledge and willingness to master technical product specifications.
- Core Skills: Strong commercial negotiation, client communication, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
