Position Overview & Core Mission
The Sales and Promotion Officer (Chinese-speaking) is responsible for managing regional merchant relationships, B2B food & beverage account distribution, promotional campaigns, and direct Chinese-speaking client coordination across Phnom Penh.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable (Competitive base salary + performance commission).
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Work Location: Boeng Keng Kang (BKK), Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Prior sales and marketing experience, with strong preference for candidates with a background in the F&B (Food and Beverage) industry.
- Languages: Fluent in both Khmer and Chinese (Mandarin) in written and spoken communication.
- Core Skills: Proven track record in target-driven sales, strong market trend awareness, competitor analysis, and interpersonal negotiation.
- Work Ethic: High independence, proactive team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
