Position Overview & Openings
ផ្នែកទំនាក់ទំនងទីផ្សារលក់ (Market Relations / Field Sales Representative) — 8 Openings (8 នាក់).
This role focuses on dealer relationship development, retail shop management, outdoor smartphone distribution, and regional merchant coordination across Phnom Penh and provinces.
Compensation, Benefits & Allowances
- Base Salary (ប្រាក់ខែគោល): $300 – $350 USD per month.
- Fuel Allowance (ថ្លៃសាំង): Company-provided gasoline allowance for field travel.
- Phone Allowance (ថ្លៃកាតទូរស័ព្ទ): Monthly mobile communication subsidy.
- Sales Commission (Commission): Performance bonuses based on regional sales volume.
- Paid Leave: 18 days of Annual Leave per year + Major Cambodian National Public Holidays.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Gender: Male (ភេទប្រុស).
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, outdoor retail, or client visits.
- Industry Background: Direct working experience in the mobile phone / smartphone industry (ធ្លាប់ធ្វើការក្នុងវិស័យទូរស័ព្ទ).
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal communication, honesty, high perseverance, and client management skills.
