Description
The Phnom Penh country office of Heinrich Böll Stiftung (Germany) is seeking a qualified Programme Coordinator to manage project portfolios on ecological sustainability, resource governance, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and grant agreements with local civil society partner organizations.
- Organize policy seminars, stakeholder dialogues, and public advocacy workshops.
- Monitor project implementation, financial accountability, and impact assessment.
- Contribute to analytical briefings on Cambodian environmental and socio-economic trends.
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Political Science, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of Cambodian civil society and sustainable development issues.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in Khmer and English.
