National Laboratory Student Internship (24 Positions) — NISTI / MISTI

The National Laboratory is recruiting 24 student interns across 6 operational units:

• Chemical Laboratory: 12 positions (Chemical analysis, standards testing, and spectrometer operation).
• Microbiology Laboratory: 4 positions (Microbial culture, food safety testing, and pathogen assays).
• Business and Development: 3 positions (Laboratory service outreach and institutional partnerships).
• Information Technology (IT): 3 positions (LIMS administration, network infrastructure, and database maintenance).
• Graphic Design: 1 position (Scientific report visualization, infographic drafting, and publication layouts).
• Operations: 1 position (Laboratory logistics, sample intake cataloguing, and compliance monitoring).

To be considered for the NISTI / MISTI National Laboratory internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled university student at **Year 3 or Year 4 level** (or recent fresh graduate).
• Academic background relevant to the applied department (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Business Administration).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for national scientific advancement.

Working Schedule: Flexible working hours, Monday through Friday, accommodating university lecture schedules.
Mentorship: Direct one-on-one supervision by certified national research analysts, certified calibration specialists, and ministry scientists.
