ANNA & ASSOCIATES Law Office, a professional legal firm in Phnom Penh, is seeking a motivated candidate to join their legal practice team as a Legal Intern.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Cambodian commercial, civil, and labor law regulations.
• Assist legal counsels in reviewing and preparing contract documentation.
• Support client correspondence and legal document filings with relevant ministries.
• Attend legal consultations and observe court/arbitration proceedings where applicable.

Requirements & Inclusivity

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) student (year 3/4) or fresh graduate.
• Good command of written and spoken Khmer and English.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
