Program Overview and Roles
The Digital Transformation Workgroup (DTWG) under the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications recruits interns to accelerate Cambodia national digital governance initiatives:
- Business Analyst (BA) Intern: Eliciting stakeholder requirements, mapping workflows, and drafting technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Intern: Writing manual and automated test scripts, verifying API endpoints, and logging issue tickets.
- UX/UI Designer Intern: Designing accessible public service user interfaces following Cambodian national design systems.
Learning Outcomes and Benefits
Participants gain direct experience building national-scale e-government services, training in Agile sprint methodologies, and official letters of completion from the Digital Transformation Workgroup.
