The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is a regional intergovernmental platform promoting cooperation on sustainable development. Its secretariat provides policy research, technical assistance and capacity building to support national priorities and regional agreements. Its work contributes to inclusive, resilient and sustainable development and implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
